This online course is designed for TK–5 educators who want to better understand and support neurodivergent students. Participants will learn how neurodiversity shows up in afterschool settings, how to shift from a behavior‑management mindset to a support‑and‑access mindset, and how to use simple, developmentally appropriate tools that help all children thrive.
